Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Welcome to The Tailor. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We offer both ready-made and custom-tailored garments. Customers may place orders online using the size chart provided on our website, visit our atelier for professional measurements, and select from our curated range of fabrics.
Prices are listed on each product page and may be fixed or variable depending on the garment. Full payment is required in advance for all orders. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We offer standard shipping within South Africa, with fees displayed at checkout. Ready-made items are typically delivered within 2 business days. Custom-made garments are delivered within 15 business days. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Ready-made items may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Custom-made garments are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are crafted specifically for each client. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about a potential purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. Modifications to an order may be requested but could incur additional charges depending on the stage of production.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of South Africa.
